Big Bird has Moved to Bushwick

Who is Big Bird? Or Bio Bird. Not sure of the first name which is rather illegible, only that he or she appears to be an artist in the hipster vein, but for all we know they could be an old hippie rather than a hipster. I mean they appear to own property and be somewhat established on this street. At any rate, they've abandoned Bed-Stuy for the other side. Or so says the sign. Only they've left a few things behind.
